•    A plastic sealable pouch to put all of the gold jewellery that you wish to sell to Ramsdens in
•    A Free Prepaid Royal Mail Special Delivery Envelope, which allows you to send the gold jewellery that you wish to sell to Ramsdens free of charge at your local Post Office. This is fully insured for your peace of mind up to £500 (see Q4)

Yes, the Ramsdens Got Gold Get Cash GoldPak® is completely free, it allows you to return the gold that you wish to sell to Ramsdens for cash, free of charge, providing that you use the Prepaid Royal Mail Special Delivery Envelope at your local Post Office.  If you use the Special Delivery Envelope provided, the gold that you want Ramsdens to buy for cash is insured for up to £500. (see Q.4)

Yes, your Ramsdens Got Gold Get Cash Goldpak® is insured providing that you use it to send the gold jewellery that you wish to sell to Ramsdens at your local Post Office using the Prepaid Royal Mail Special Delivery Envelope provided. Any claim however, must be made directly to the Royal Mail. For more information please contact us.

Yes, the gold jewellery that you want Ramsdens to buy from you is completely safe. Unlike other online gold buyers, Ramsdens do not smelt your jewellery until you have agreed and accepted the cash price that Ramsdens can pay you for your gold jewellery.

The Ramsdens Got Gold Get Cash GoldPak® contains a Free Prepaid Royal Mail Special Delivery Envelope for you to use to send the gold jewellery that you want Ramsdens to buy to Ramsdens. This is insured for up to £500 providing you return it to Ramsdens at your local Post Office.

If the gold jewellery that you want Ramsdens to buy exceeds £500, Ramsdens recommend that you either:

•    Separate the gold items that you want to sell to Ramsdens and apply for another Ramsdens Got Gold Get Cash GoldPak or
•    You can pay an extra insurance fee to cover the extra value of the gold jewellery that you want Ramsdens to buy from you for cash at your local Post Office.

If you have one gold item that you want to sell to Ramsdens, that has a value over £500, Ramsdens recommend that you speak to your local Post Office to ensure that the gold item that you wish to sell is fully insured.

An email will be sent to you keeping you informed at every step of the process. You can also check the progress of your application at any time by entering your unique reference number in the Track Your Pack link.
